A profound release that combines grapes from all three of our singular estate vineyard parcels, the 2015 Perinet is a showcase of the Priorat’s unique personality. Cherries and blackcurrants share the stage in the glass with violets, white flowers and wood spice from 18 months in new French oak barrels. The goal is to blend across the Perinet sites to create a wine that combines fruit intensity and subtle elegance at once. Our vineyards and winemaking team sing in harmony with the Perinet bottling. 

Born entirely in our estate vineyards, 1194 is the flagship of Perinet’s cellar. Built primarily on a foundation of Grenache, with Carignan adding structure and style, is an iconic wine in the Priorat. Intensely red-purple colored, it offers aromas of candied plums, blue fruits, crushed blackberries and sandalwood spice. Pure and focused on the palate, the fruit core is embraced by Priorat’s signature minerality through the finish, a sure sign of future complexity with patient cellaring.  300 cases produced.

This wine is the singular expression showcasing the ancient Mediterranean varietal Garnatxa. Garnatxa is one of the last varietals we harvest, as the grapes benefit from the long hangtime on the vine yielding ripe tannins, while maintaining a good acidity. This impressive wine calls all the senses from the start. 

This 100% Carinyena from the Priorat exemplifies this grapes remarkable abilty to excel in this Southern dry vineyard site with influence from the Rio Ebro. This humidity, added with exacting attention to care in the vineyard and in winemaking, gives this wine it's lush dark fruits and distinct minerality.
