This wine club exclusive continues in its third edition with a blend of 80% Garnaxta and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Garnatxa comes from Planetes block of Pendents vineyard, while the Cabernet hails from the La Plana block of our Mas del Xes vineyard. This blend being the most suitable to enhance the age-worthiness of Garnatxa. The typicity of Garnaxta from the region offers floral and dark fruit aromatics and acidity, whereas the Cabernet enhances is structure and earthy tones. The hand harvested fruit was housed in separate lots of neutral French burgundy oak barrels for 12 months. Ready to enjoy now, the Garnatxa is best paired with BBQ, tomatoes, and olives.
