Perinet 14 Red
Manual harvest at optimum time of phenolic ripening. Stored at 4 ºc for 24 hs before crushing. Clusters were hand-sorted in the vineyard and in the winery. Each varietal fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 26 ºc. Ageing: 18 months in new french 225 l. oak barrels. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 28%, Syrah 26%, Merlot 22%, Garnatxa 19%, Carinyena 5%
This is the first blend of our new project and the limited edition comes with a harvest of low production. The warm vintage conferes very ripe aromas that after a long aging (18 months) results in an unusual, marmelade fruit and caramelized long tanins.
