Manual harvest at optimum time of phenolic ripening. Stored at 4 ºc for 24 hs before crushing. Clusters were hand-sorted in the vineyard and in the winery. Each varietal fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 26 ºc. Ageing in stainless steel. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 38%, Syrah 30%, Merlot 32%.
The red fruit of the syrah and merlot varieties are harmonized with the spicy part of a young cabernet sauvignon so that during the reductive aging in stainless and without the influence of the oak, show the side of a younger, cheerful and easy priorat entry level. The stainless rounds and softens the three varieties and maintains his juvenile character.
